MY STORY

Losing weight isn’t the hardest part, anyone can follow a fad diet and lose weight. However, the issue is keeping the weight off permanently. It's not about being skinny in an unhealthy way, it's about being fit, healthy and living life to the full.

 

I am Sylvia. A busy Wife, Mum, Engineer & Health Coach.

 

A few years ago I went on a diet to lose my post-pregnancy weight. At first, It felt good to be on the dieting journey but struggled a lot to maintain the weight loss. I felt I was living from exercise to exercise and was having a lot of bad days binge eating and not making wise food choices.  

 

Though I really love to exercise, I realized I didn’t have the right relationship I needed to have with food if I was going to stay in shape for good. As I became busier with life, work and family, I knew I needed a better strategy to lose the baby weight for good.

 

I began the journey of resetting and creating habit changes, from making emotional choices to more focused and conscious choices. Its been over 6 years now!

 

Now I enjoy making deliberate food choices, exercising and living life with no regrets while staying fit, feeling healthy and Alive.

 

Knowledge alone is not power, the application of knowledge is power.

 

I will coach you step by step on how to apply and integrate a lifestyle that will keep weight gain off for good while living a busy life without dieting.
