THE 14 DAYS PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE:

*A 90 MINS YOU TIME:

You will receive a 90 mins private coaching session. During the call we will:

Discuss your routine as a busy mum and your health goals
Develop a mummy time map to build your consistent routine
 

*A 30 MINS FOLLOW UP CALL:
 

You will receive a 30 mins post session one week afterwards for accountability and to discuss any challenges that might have come up during the week so you can stay on track on your actions.

*A 30 MINS FINAL CALL:

You will receive the final check up session a week after the follow up call.

​

YOU WILL LEAVE THE PROGRAM WITH:

A Laid out time map for your consistent healthy routine
A complete wellness goal worksheet - this will be partially filled prior to our first call.
