How are you doing with your health goals?
You can get so motivated, set your health goals and start off so well, but somewhere along the line life takes over.
It feels like a lot of things are calling for your attention all at the same time and you just need to attend to them to survive.
If you find yourself in this place, I’d like you to take a breather and reset. What do I mean by reset? Find a time to be alone and journal your thoughts. Reflect on your answer to the question: what does living my best life mean to me? List the things in your world that are important to you and set your priorities right.
As a busy professional, your goal to be fit, fab and healthy should be top on your list of priorities – this helps you function your best in other areas of your life.
I know it might be overwhelming for you to figure out how to weave in your health goals to your already busy schedule, but it is definitely possible.
Taking care of you is not a selfish act. It is an act of love. You can not serve others effectively when you feel empty and exhausted, you would be merely ticking off your to do list but not being efficient or present in the moment. You function best from a place of purpose.
What will living a busy and fulfilled life look like to you?
What will living life with no regrets feel like to you?
Life is too awesome to focus solely on mundane task that just keeps one surviving but not thriving. You definitely have a choice to make – TO THRIVE OR JUST SURVIVE?
