THE PROBLEM IS NOT YOUR BODY

Updated: Oct 14, 2020

In my post about mindful eating, I started by asking if you knew the connection between the mind and body.

I’d like to break this down a bit further so you know exactly where self-sabotaging originates.

Did you know that you are a spirit being, you have a soul and you live in a body? – bear with me and I will unpack this for you.

You are not just a body – you are a spirit being. Think of people who have a part of their body missing and are still relentlessly fulfilling their life’s mission and living life with purpose.

You have a soul which is your mind, will and emotion.

You live in a body but your body is just a house.

Just like how the people in a house make it a home; your mind, will and emotion makes your body a home.

When you can control your mind, will and emotion through your thoughts, you will lose the weight problem for good.

In a nutshell, the battle starts in the mind.

How do you win the battle of the mind?

1. Feed your unconscious mind the thoughts you choose to have through your conscious mind. More of this is revealed in my video here where I used the captain and crew analogy to explain better.

2. Have a plan based on your own health goals, keep it before your eyes and start taking consistent action towards making it a habit.

3. Stay focused with your health goals and walk with ease. Think in the present moment and win the mind battle in front of you. With every win. you learn to trust yourself more.

Be sure to watch the video here where I explained how you can get your whole mind on board to support the health goals you want so that you can avoid self sabotaging your health journey.

Till next time my friend, keep winning!

Cheers,

Sylvia

PS: Hey I have got something cooking! I am about to launch my online course so watch this space for more info.
